Liz Tucker is a native of New York, was raised in New Jersey, and lived in the Midwest and Southwest before landing in Texas in 1997.  Dallas was her first stop where she began her commercial real estate career working for a transactional attorney who specialized in retail development and lease negotiations.  After a short stint on the legal side, Liz realized that she found the land research and intricate title puzzles fascinating, and began her training in the title insurance industry in 1998.  Liz became a Texas and national closer in 2004.  In early 2013, Liz recognized her love for Austin, migrated south for a lifestyle upgrade, and feels honored to be a part of upholding Heritage Title's reputation for excellence.

Liz holds her Bachelor's in English from the State University of New York at Binghamton and her Master's in Transpersonal Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology based in Palo Alto, CA.  She believes that her education, her opportunities to live in multiple geographical locations, her depth of training, and her wealth of experience are all components that she draws from on a daily basis as a closer.  Liz has earned the loyal business of nationally recognized companies such as Bridgestone Firestone, 7-Eleven, and McDonald's Corporation, and has a wide range of experience from simple individual and single-purpose entity transactions to complex multisite, multistate developments.  She enjoys the steadfastness, attention to detail, and patience that are required to resolve complicated underwriting scenarios, and strives to be one step ahead of the customer's needs at all times.  Liz treats every transaction as an opportunity for return business and finds the building of long lasting relationships with customers to be the most rewarding part of her work.

Liz is passionate about yoga, dance, cycling, dogs, horses, and the wide open sky of Texas.
