Every license holder’s responsible for knowing and operating under the current laws applicable to their license. The course covers the requirements Texas law places upon all license holders. Topics include Canons of Professional Ethics and Conduct, Agency and Disclosure requirements, VA loans, and TREC license law enforcement including case study illustrations.

Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics is a NAR required course that breaks down the Code of Ethics Realtors are to abide by while practicing real estate. In this 3 hour course, we cover all seventeen articles that include duties to Clients, duties to the public, and duties to other Realtors. In addition to also looking at the standards of practice for each article, this course will also cover the Enforcement of the Code including the process for which violations are handled.
Broker Responsibility

The purpose of this course is to address the regulatory aspects of the management, operation, and supervision of a real estate brokerage firm in Texas. This course is a TREC required class for Texas Brokers.
ARCHITECTURE 02: ICONIC STYLES

This class is a continuation of the foundational coursework in Architecture 01 and goes beyond an overview of architectural styles and elements to explore iconic American architecture in greater depth. TREC Contracts - The Transaction Lifeline + Best Practices

This course is designed to reinforce understanding and the ability to complete selected TREC-promulgated contracts and addenda. The course briefly covers the fundamentals of contracts. It concludes with an in-depth discussion of contract paragraphs and addenda, including the recent TREC changes and selected Texas Realtor forms. “Q and A’s” are a part of the in-depth presentation.
*This course will count for 3 hours of required contracts CEU and 2 hours of elective CEU

Breaking Down the 1-4 Family Residential Contract and More

This course will review the upcoming mandated changes to TREC forms. The attendee will have a clearer understanding of many of the addenda’s addressed in the One to Four Family Residential Contract as well as many others.
This course has been approved for the TREC Contract course requirement.
Texas: New Laws & Contract Updates

TREC's recent updates to the promulgated contracts and addenda reflect statutory changes from the 89th Texas Legislature. Texas REALTORS® has also updated their representation and listing agreements and addenda to comply with new state laws and industry standards. This course is designed to address these forms changes and updates to the Texas Real Estate Licensing Act for licensees who are the boots on the ground working with buyers and sellers in a dynamic real estate environment.
*This class fulfills the 3hr contract CE requirement for license renewal.
