This class covers VA loan benefits, the pre-approval process, making offers, inspections, and using VA with VHAP, so that licensees can better assist military homebuyers or sellers who receive VA offers.

Contract Deep Dive Strategies

Course participants will review the buyer’s and listing agent’s perspective on the seven paragraphs most often misunderstood when writing an offer. Learn how to set expectations and minimize challenges throughout the entire transaction process, including closing and funding. Participants will be better prepared to efficiently handle multiple offers and counteroffers and discover how to minimize risk.
Water Rights for Texas Agents
