Texas: New Laws & Contract Updates
TREC’s recent updates to the promulgated contracts and addenda reflect statutory changes from the 89th Texas Legislature. Texas REALTORS® has also updated their representation and listing agreements and addenda to comply with new state laws and industry standards. This course is designed to address these forms changes and updates to the Texas Real Estate Licensing Act for licensees who are the boots on the ground working with buyers and sellers in a dynamic real estate environment.
*This class fulfills the 3hr contract CE requirement for license renewal.
