Conner N. Turner , J.D.

Conner grew up in the suburbs of Katy, Texas. After earning a Financial Management and Investments degree with a minor in Marketing from the University of Arkansas (Woo Pig Sooie!), Conner obtained his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in under two and a half years.

Thereafter, Conner took his talents to the courtroom and litigated a wide range of cases for the next 6 years, including cases from commercial and residential construction defects, professional liability (representing attorneys, architects, engineers, and insurance agents), business disputes, labor & employment, and personal injury. Conner’s clients ranged from Fortune 100 companies to “mom-and-pop shops” to individuals. This extensive legal experience paved the way for Conner to expand his career to the title industry.

In 2022, Conner joined Heritage Title as a Vice President of Post Closing Commercial Escrow. As a member of the commercial escrow team, Conner facilitates and manages the company’s post-closing escrow accounts and endorsements, as well as provides legal analysis to the commercial and residential escrow teams in many complex transactions.

Outside of the office, Conner enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and son, as well as his two dogs.
