Stacey Dunn

Stacey Dunn has been in the Texas title industry for over 30 years and has mastered the art of smooth closings. She began her career with Heritage Title in 1990 and during her tenure, has excelled and lead multiple departments within the company. Her diversified experience gives her a unique perspective of what it takes to close even the most complicated transactions. Stacey understands and values the importance of thoroughness, organization, and communication.

Prior to her role as SVP of residential escrow, Stacey served as Compliance and Training Officer for Heritage Title and under her leadership oversaw the company’s completion and recognition of SSAE16 SOC I, SOC II and SSAE18 SOC I. This rigorous accreditation process assures that Heritage Title is at the forefront of ALTA Best Practices and guards client information with the utmost security.

A native of Central Texas, Stacey has seen firsthand the remarkable economic growth Austin and surrounding areas have experienced. Her valued clients include attorneys, lenders, realtors, developers, and investors on both single and multifamily homes.

Stacey resides in Lockhart with her husband and sons with whom she cherishes spending quality time. She has a passion for animals and being outdoors. If she’s not fishing, on the lake or at the coast, she can be found at the ballparks cheering on her sons.
