The purpose of this course is to address the regulatory aspects of the management, operation, and supervision of a real estate brokerage firm in Texas. This course is a TREC required class for Texas Brokers.
1-4 Family Contract
Strong emphasis on new TREC contract changes
This course familiarizes the licensee with the paragraphs within the 1-4 Residential Contract and takes a closer look into common errors, the meaning and use of each paragraph, and how to properly fill out the contract. Participants will leave with a better understanding of the 1-4 Residential Contract, commonly used addenda, and the impact of the various provisions.

Legal Update II
This class covers canons of professional ethics, discriminatory practices, agency relationships, diligent representation, disclosure issues, advertising, and dispute resolution with mediation and arbitration.
Legal Update I
It is every license holder’s responsibility to know and operate under the current laws applicable to their license. The course covers the requirements Texas law places upon all license holders regarding ethical conduct when facilitating a real estate transaction.
