1-4 Residential Contract
Strong emphasis on new TREC contract changes
The purpose of this course is to familiarize the real estate licensee with the paragraphs within the One to Four Residential Contract. This discussion takes a closer look into common errors, the meaning and use of each paragraph, and how to properly fill out the contract. After this course, participants will leave with a better understanding of the One to Four Residential Contract, commonly used addenda with the One to Four Residential Contract and the impact of the various provisions. The panelists of the Contract course do not provide legal advice only best practices for the purpose of this course.
Legal Update II
Every license holder’s responsible for knowing and operating under the current laws applicable to their license. The course covers the requirements Texas law places upon all license holders. Topics include Canons of Professional Ethics and Conduct, Agency and Disclosure requirements, VA loans, and TREC license law enforcement including case study illustrations.
