1-4 Residential Contract

The purpose of this course is to familiarize the real estate licensee with the paragraphs within the One to Four Residential Contract. This discussion takes a closer look into common errors, the meaning and use of each paragraph, and how to properly fill out the contract. After this course, participants will leave with a better understanding of the One to Four Residential Contract, commonly used addenda with the One to Four Residential Contract and the impact of the various provisions.
